Schbang Mumbai is Hiring: Lead UI/UX Designer

#Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

#Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (in-office role)

We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design and solid graphic design skills. You'll be responsible for driving design strategy, overseeing design projects, and collaborating closely with teams to create seamless digital experiences.

Lead the design process for web and mobile platforms

#Oversee UI/UX strategies to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences

#Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life

#Contribute to graphic design needs, including visual storytelling, illustrations, and brand assets

Proven expertise in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work

Strong background in graphic design, including typography, color theory, and visual design principles

Ability to manage multiple projects and guide a team of designers effectively

Opportunity to lead design initiatives at a top digital agency

#Work on diverse projects across advertising, tech, and digital platforms
