Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer order management professional to handle orders from our customers, managed by responsible sales account holders. This role is crucial in securing our position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.

About the Role:

  • Manage customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand customers' application requirements and suggest suitable products.
  • Coordinate end-to-end sales solutions and customer support cycles.
  • Establish technical and commercial agreements with customers.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records in our ERP system.
  • Perform ad-hoc activities and projects assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid technical background with a degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals.
