Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Excellence Manager to lead our site's ManEx implementation and drive business improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute the site's ManEx master plan for IMFL packaging hall & departmental level, ensuring seamless alignment across all departments.
  • To set objectives and priorities, spearhead change management processes for the department, and maintain synergy between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating departments to work together in ManEx deployment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Demonstrate strong managerial leadership to develop the team against role capabilities.
  • To ensure effective implementation of ManEx training & development programmes by aligning site/line management.
  • C coordinate ManEx TOT and evaluation programmes to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with Diageo Capability programme.

Focused Improvement:

  • To provide expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology, develop manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.

Talent Management:

  • Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
  • Practice Maturity Assessments - Develop & implement a Practice Maturity improvement ManEx strategy for site.

Team Dynamics:

  • Implement weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of the ManEx journey.
  • Support Task Forces and Shift Based teams in their deployment of ManEx through regular meetings and communication of activities.
