Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to lead the implementation of Manufacturing Excellence principles across our site. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization & Excellence Problem Solving Skills.

The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of the site ManEx master plan for IMFL packaging hall & departmental level. They will set objectives and priorities and lead the change management processes for the department.

The successful candidate will also coordinate all departments to work together in ManEx deployment and maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain. They will implement MMS practices to meet their broad plans and coach managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through the ManEx practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Consumer Goods manufacturing & Process Improvement experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles.
  • Strong influencing skill and ability to persuade senior stakeholders using data.
  • Effectively manages relationships, internal and external to achieve world class performance outcome.

Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop team against role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of ManEx training & development programmes by aligning site /line management.
  • Provide pert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
