Job Title: Senior Data Architect

At a cutting-edge organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake to drive business growth.
  • Design technical designs, data flow diagrams, and future-state data architecture to meet organizational needs.
  • Evaluate and apply modern data modeling practices, including entity-relationship models, star schema, and Kimball methodology to enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with quality engineering teams to ensure data governance, quality, and validation.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including DDL, DML, and performance tuning to improve data processing.
  • Work with large-scale data processing on Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Snowflake to leverage cloud-based technologies.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD best practices for automated data pipeline deployments to increase efficiency.
  • Support real-time streaming data processing with Spark, Kafka, or similar technologies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guide team members on best practices in SQL, ETL, and cloud data solutions to foster professional growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cloud and data engineering technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
