The Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As the primary contact post-sales, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, enablement, and value realization. You will work closely with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop new relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients
* Facilitate product development and identify requirements to meet customer needs
* Drive customer satisfaction and success through timely issue resolution and proactive communication
* Deliver customer business reviews and value reinforcement
* Analyze data to understand customer needs and ambitions and identify value-added opportunities
* Conduct customer training and ensure that it meets customer needs
