Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and service delivery across various product lines, including Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line. They will also acquire new enterprise accounts, lead hunting efforts, and cross-sell/upsell Airtel's telecom solutions to maximize wallet share from existing clients.

Key performance indicators will include maintaining a healthy sales funnel, regular maturity tracking, and collecting market intelligence to enable strategic interventions.

">Role Responsibilities

As the single point of contact for clients across all services, the ideal candidate will build strong, long-term relationships through proactive engagement, negotiation of contracts, and closure of orders to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure on-time and seamless project delivery, while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and delivering client-focused solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
