Construction Industry Relationship Manager

Ornate Windows is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager/Sales Representative with expertise in construction products, particularly windows and facades or similar building materials.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage client relationships, drive business-to-business sales, and meet with key decision-makers across locations.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through strategic business development efforts and ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with architects, consultants, builders, and contractors to promote company products and solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and business development within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction products, particularly windows and facades or similar building materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
