About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager / Sales Representative with a background in construction products, particularly in windows, facades , or similar building materials. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can manage client relationships, drive B2B sales, and meet with architects and other key decision-makers across locations.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through strategic business development efforts and ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with architects, consultants, builders, and contractors to promote company products and solutions.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account management.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and project management) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Travel & Site Visits: Visit client sites and attend project meetings as required (approx. 30–40% travel).
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferably in windows, facades, building materials, or other construction-related products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes and specifications related to facades and fenestration systems.
  • Network: Established relationships with architects, consultants, and developers is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and work in a hybrid capacity.
