Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an innovative Marketing professional to manage the entire marketing cycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, running campaigns, and analyzing performance data to optimize sales outcomes.
- Data-driven decision-making and result-oriented approach.
- Proactive lead generation through digital channels.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential leads through market research, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Marketing Execution:
- Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
- Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
- Sales & Business Support:
- Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Experience in B2B / SaaS industry marketing.
- Self-starter with ownership mentality.
- Strong balance between creativity and analytical thinking.
