Job Role:

Boutique Manager

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations in a boutique setting, delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a smooth-running store environment.

  • Manage a team of sales professionals by providing coaching, scheduling support, and monitoring performance to ensure collective success.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized styling advice and tailored services, driving sales growth and loyalty.
  • Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and display maintenance to ensure an attractive store aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and marketing teams for seasonal collections, updates, and order coordination.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment that aligns with the brand's premium image and values.
  • Process billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or fashion; expertise in bridal or designer labels is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and style sensibilities, with a keen awareness of current trends and customer preferences.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office software, with an ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages such as Telugu/Hindi.
