Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the strategic planning and execution of all crew-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing crew utilization, developing effective recruitment strategies, and implementing performance monitoring systems.

This role is critical in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:Crew Planning & Allocation
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimal crew deployment across logistics operations.
  • Forecast manpower requirements based on operational plans and seasonal variations.
  • Ensure effective crew rostering and route assignments to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Crew Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all logistics crew members.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to attract qualified candidates.
Performance Management
  • Monitor and evaluate crew performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement incentive and disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all crew members comply with local labor laws, transport regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee health and safety programs, including incident reporting and investigation.
