We're on the hunt for a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist who can manage and optimise ad spend on Facebook and Instagram.

As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for building and scaling full-funnel campaigns that drive real results. You'll use your analytical mind to track performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CAC, and make data-driven decisions to improve them.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of experience running Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of success. They're confident with maths, have an eye for creative ad design, and are always looking for ways to improve their craft.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimising ad spend on Facebook and Instagram
  • Building and scaling full-funnel campaigns using data-driven strategies
  • Tracking performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CAC
  • Designing and optimising ad creatives for maximum impact
  • Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for results

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience running Facebook Ads
  • Confidence with maths and analytical skills
  • Eye for creative ad design
  • Passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement
