Job Title: Performance Marketing Leader

Overview

We are seeking an experienced results-driven professional to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other leading platforms.
  2. Analyze target audiences, conduct competitor analysis, and refine keyword research to boost campaign performance.
  3. Closely monitor daily campaign metrics and adjust strategies to maximize clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  4. Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to enhance overall effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  6. Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  7. Effectively manage budgets and maintain spend within allocated limits.
  8. Stay current with the latest platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other leading ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing funnels and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (a plus).
