We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Workday Integration services. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions for new Workday deployments.

Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing integrations, monitoring performance, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday HCM integrations in production and the ability to design, develop, and deploy new integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Optimize Integrations: Ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM systems in production environments.
  • Design and Develop New Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new Workday integrations.
  • Collaborate with Functional/Technical Teams: Gather and translate requirements from functional and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage Change Requests: Coordinate and manage change requests, documentation, testing, and deployment.
Essential Skills:
  • Workday Core Integrations: Experience with EIB, CCW, and DT integrations.
  • Workday Studio: Proficiency in using Workday Studio for integration development.
  • HCM Compensation: Expertise in HCM compensation implementation and management.
  • HCM Security: Knowledge of HCM security best practices and implementation.
