We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to head our financial operations. This role is responsible for managing the company's financial accounting, ensuring accurate reporting to management, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial accounting process by closing books of accounts and providing timely reports to senior management.
  • Ensure prompt monthly closing and reporting of financial numbers to the leadership team.
  • Plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits efficiently, taking proactive measures to prevent audit issues and improve controls.
  • Prepare balance sheet disclosures regularly and ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, with practical experience in applying them to business scenarios.
  • Coordinate closely with finance teams for timely closure and reporting of financials.
  • Ensure accurate segmental reporting and proper elimination of group transactions.
  • Review the monthly closing checklist regularly and ensure thorough review of all balance sheet items.
  • Lead and supervise a team of nearly 10 professionals, motivating and coaching them through role clarification and constructive feedback.
  • End-to-end responsibility for closing the Financial Statements of the Parent Company and Indian subsidiaries.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations, CARO, and legislations.
  • Examine financial reports and data closely to detect discrepancies.
