Description:

We seek an experienced legal professional to manage various tasks and projects related to corporate law, M&A, private equity, and venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
  • Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Communicate with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Preferred Profile:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
