Job Title: Corporate Lawyer Specialist

About the Role:
A Legal specialist is required to provide corporate and commercial litigation services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act.

Responsibilities:
The selected individual will be responsible for researching and drafting legal notices, plaints, petitions independently. They will also need to coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure effective litigation management. Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, they will assist the senior during evidence and argument stages.

Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience practicing law before Trial courts at Bangalore. Expertise in IBC or CPC is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Preferably, candidates who can communicate in Kannada are preferred.

Benefits:
Upon joining, the employee will receive a competitive salary between 4.5 to 7 lakhs based on their qualifications. A performance-based incentive model will be initiated after one year of service. The probation period will be three months.
