Corporate Legal Professional

The Corporate Legal Leader will oversee all corporate legal matters, advising on a broad range of issues including contracts, governance, intellectual property, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's legal strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Oversee and advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with local and international legal standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and SaaS agreements.
  • Lead the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Protect and enforce the company's intellectual property rights.
  • Ensure operations are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve disputes, including litigation and potential regulatory investigations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8-13 years of experience in a corporate legal role, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS businesses.
  • Proven track record of leading corporate legal functions, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, M&A, and intellectual property.
