Remote Commercial Law Solicitor Job Opportunity">Job Description

We are a corporate law firm seeking an experienced lawyer to support our international corporate/commercial team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US law related work, including M&A, corporate finance, venture capital, fund formation and representation, and specialty international commercial work.

The position is completely remote, with the requirement of working on US hours. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to high-quality legal work and receive intensive training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in at least the top 20% in their batch
  • Previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity or General Corporate practice
  • Ability to independently evaluate complex legal issues and to provide solutions in simple English to clients, both orally and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess potential for risk and opportunity
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Word etc.)
