The Operations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries.

  • Monitor and update customer profiles based on changes in risk or regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to identify and address potential red flags or suspicious activities.

Key responsibilities include:
