Job Title: Patient Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by promoting awareness about chronic conditions and providing access to care.

The successful candidate will develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients, build partnerships with healthcare providers, and represent our organization in outreach events and webinars. They will also organize health awareness camps, community drives, and patient education sessions to increase awareness and access to treatment.

This role requires strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar field and be familiar with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients through NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, psychologists, and local healthcare providers for referrals.
  • Represent us in outreach events, mental health drives, and webinars to raise awareness.
  • Organize health awareness camps, community drives, and patient education sessions.
  • Build partnerships with clinics, NGOs, hospitals, and wellness centers.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatment.
  • Track outreach metrics and support reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs (hospital/NGO).
  • Experience in chronic disease, orthopedic, or rehab programs is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English), compassionate approach.
  • Familiarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization.
