Position Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished leader with deep expertise in paid media to spearhead our advertising efforts.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can build, mentor and lead a team of specialists while managing high-stakes campaigns and owning our media buying strategy from top to bottom.
You will be responsible for driving full-funnel strategies and executions across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
What You Will Do- Develop and implement performance-driven media buying strategies
- Manage large budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV and scaling profitably
- Lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
- Oversee audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
- Report results, insights and forecasts to executive leadership
- Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends
- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
- Proven success managing large budgets across regions
- Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing and reporting
- Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
