Responsibilities
  • Provide support across various functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders on daily tasks such as planning, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of weekly/monthly plans.
  • Manage the founder's calendar and social media, handling cold messages and responses, and ensuring timely posts and efficient time management.
  • Assist with daily operations, email correspondence, and special projects as needed.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise on a day-to-day basis.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for investors, stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including business development initiatives, conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
  • Work with different teams to support innovation and help the company grow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of distribution, sales, and marketing functions in an early-stage start-up is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • This role is execution-heavy, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
