Portfolio Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to manage the portfolio of vendors based on past performance trends and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for allocating the portfolio to vendors basis the past performance trend and availability, creating adequate capacity for the portfolio.
  • Review cases with First Level Supervisor (FLS) or Team Lead (TL) and work assignment basis the disposition code.
  • Coordinate with agency resources and plan calls for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases.
  • Allocate receipt books and Repo kits periodically, auditing for discrepancies.
  • Closing agency billing within 60 days of the work completed month.
  • Evaluate prior approvals in repo cases & assist agencies in managing repo related issues.
  • Handle collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations.
  • Coordinate with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters & deal with enforcement agencies in cases filed against by customers/third parties.
  • Track BKT resolutions with agencies and review at FOs level.
  • Restrict flow rates to next BKT locations.
  • Remove non-performing FOS and recruit fresh teams as required.
  • Close CRM queries within assigned TAT.
  • Respond to RCU audit queries before TAT and implement committed actions at field level.
  • Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agencies and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Maintain HHT 100% utilization and submit reports to ACM/RCM regularly.
  • Inform IT team of any HHT issues requiring support.
