Junior Legal Associate Position

The primary role of a Junior Legal Associate is to provide support in contracts and government tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and vet contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including verifying adherence to established standards and regulations.
  • Draft, revise, and maintain corporate agreements and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support government tender processes by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and compliance documentation, ensuring seamless access for stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Successful candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates with 1 year or less of relevant corporate legal experience, either through internship or full-time employment, are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with drafting and preparing corporate contracts/agreements is highly desirable.
