Key Instructional Design Role

We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team of innovative learning professionals. The successful candidate will design high-impact micro-workshops, custom learning games, simulations, board games, mastery-oriented workshops, eLearning, and digital learning content for top clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organisations.
  • Customize content based on learning need analysis with the client.
  • Author content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations.
  • Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences.
  • Design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games).
  • Create learning strongly rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in learners.
  • Utilize internal and external technology platforms to design engaging virtual learning experiences.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Interest in behavioural skills development.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to write, edit, and proof-read quality written content for various mediums.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Any graduate with a BA/MA in Psychology or Information Design or Game Design or Communication preferred. We value candidates with a strong foundation in adult learning principles and experience in designing gamified learning solutions.
