Job Title: Synthetic Monitoring Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Synthetic Monitoring Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our observability team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

  • Design and implement high-performance synthetic monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and Catchpoint.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Develop and maintain custom synthetic monitoring solutions using emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
