The role of Placement and Mobilization Consultant is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young individuals by bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. As part of this initiative, you will be working closely with industries across various sectors to identify job roles and employment opportunities.
You will be responsible for onboarding employers from high-demand sectors onto the government placement portal, collaborating with industry associations, job aggregators, and placement agencies to expand employer outreach, mobilizing and onboarding youth onto the portal, assessing training needs based on youth skills and job market requirements, and facilitating the placement process.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, familiarity with government portals and placement platforms, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including employers, youth, and government bodies.

About the Role- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.

• Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred for effective local engagement.
