About Our Learning & Development Role
We are seeking a talented Learning & Development Manager to join our organization and drive the growth of our employees' skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance employee competencies. They will work closely with senior leadership to create leadership pipelines and succession plans.
This role is responsible for overseeing the development of training materials, curriculum, and resources. The successful candidate will also conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand specific team requirements, staying abreast of learning technologies, and incorporating innovative tools to enhance the learning experience.
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for effective implementation and integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), fostering partnerships with external training providers, industry experts, and educational institutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning programs. You will also conduct regular evaluations and assessments to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements.
A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Talent Management, Organizational Behaviour is essential, along with 8-10 years of hands-on relevant experience. Leadership and collaboration skills, program design and implementation, change management and talent development, team orientation, people management, analytical skills, and competency mapping skills are all highly valued.
