Job Description

Lead end-to-end diagnostics across plants/value streams, establishing a baseline of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), first pass yield (FPY), throughput, and cost per unit. Prioritize value-add initiatives to drive business impact.

Design and deliver cost-out programs focused on lean methodologies, total productive maintenance (TPM), yield and scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, and maintenance strategy development. Shape industry 4.0 roadmaps for manufacturing systems, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) historians, IoT/edge technologies, digital twins, advanced planning and scheduling (APS), and advanced quality analytics.

  • Pilot and scale projects with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Develop business cases and benefit-tracking models for stakeholders.
  • Present findings to executive-level decision-makers and drive change on the shop floor through client capability building.

Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring data integrity, cyber security, and workplace safety.

Coach and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership in areas such as manufacturing innovation, operations strategy, and technology domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong core consulting skills, including research, presentation, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
