Machine Learning Engineer - Digital Transformation
We are seeking a talented and passionate Machine Learning Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions that deliver real-world impact.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with data scientists, model developers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects, from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative machine learning solutions.
- Deploy machine learning models to production, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Integrate machine learning models seamlessly into existing production systems.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, retraining models automatically or periodically as needed.
- Streamline existing ML pipelines to increase throughput.
- Identify and address security vulnerabilities in existing applications proactively.
- 4-10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in insurance-related applications.
- Well-versed with Azure ecosystem and knowledge of NLP and Generative AI techniques.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
