Night Operations Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished professional with expertise in operational management, particularly within the context of flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of flight preparation, ensuring timely departure and arrival as per airline standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date flight schedules, GLP files, and menu files in collaboration with the Operations Manager.


Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Training and Development
  • Organizing training sessions for new staff members and refresher training for existing employees to maintain operational standards.


Other key duties include:

Safety and Compliance
  • Conducting regular checks on equipment, hi-lifts, and airline stores to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Performing random inspections of flight operations at the airport to ensure alignment with operational requirements and checklists.


In terms of personnel management, the successful candidate will:

Employee Support
  • Address employee grievances and escalate unresolved matters to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in investigating client or departmental complaints, ensuring proper resolution and preventive actions are implemented.


To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi. A graduate or diploma in Hotel Management is also highly desirable. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential, as is adherence to strict hygiene, safety, and operational protocols. In-depth knowledge of Flight Catering unit operations and working knowledge of MS Office, Micros, and Fidelio (or similar property/point of sale systems) are also required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Airline Catering Operations/Flight Catering or F&B Service.
