Job Overview:

A ticketing professional is sought to manage evening and night shift operations at a luxury travel company. This role requires the ability to work independently, handle responsibilities in a night shift setup, and provide excellent customer service via calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticketing Operations:
    • Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets efficiently.
    • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements with minimal supervision.
    • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide top-notch customer service during the night shift.
    • Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
  • System Handling:
    • Work on GDS platforms for reservations and ticket issuance.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare reports to adhere to industry regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules and airline ticketing policies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates based in the same country will be given preference.
