Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Oversee and manage the complexities of a TaaS workforce, including contractor management and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing a TaaS workforce.
  • Strong understanding of employee-contractor relationships.
  • Experience with payroll automation systems.
  • Expertise in various HR functions, including HR operations, HR business partnering, and talent development.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
