The Financial Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This position is critical to supporting growth in the premium windows and aluminum systems market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
- Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax)
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Procurement & Cost Control
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments
- Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards

Qualifications & Skills
Candidate must have CA/MBA (Finance)/CMA preferred, 5–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control.
