Position Overview: As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will execute transactions and provide financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within the consumer and Industrial sector.
  • Assist in pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital raising activities.

Requirements:

  • A post graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and Industrial transactions.
  • A solid understanding of the consumer and Industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
