Customer Service Role Overview

Our Customer Service team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to customers.

We require individuals who are hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through various channels.

You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. You will also work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including overnight, day, late shifts, and rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
