Structural Integrity Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Conduct comprehensive static stress analysis of aircraft structures using classical methods, advanced numerical techniques, and finite element modeling.
  • Extract and evaluate loads, stresses, material data, geometry details, and fastener specifications from part and assembly drawings to ensure structural integrity.
  • Apply rigorous design standards and industry best practices to guarantee the safety and reliability of aircraft structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized structural designs that meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of aerospace regulations and standards.
  2. Perform complex finite element analysis and modeling to simulate real-world loading conditions and validate structural performance.
  3. Analyze and interpret results from stress analysis and testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize structural designs.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on structural analysis and design principles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading structural analysis projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
