About This Role

We're seeking a meticulous and detail-driven Senior Property Investment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investment analysis department, you will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where your work will have a significant impact on our business. We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents to ensure accurate data
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV using industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations based on thorough analysis
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work to maintain the highest level of quality
  • Taking ownership of your analysis – your calls matter in driving business decisions
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review to stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately to ensure seamless collaboration across teams

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken) and possess excellent communication skills
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking to drive informed decision-making
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work, preferably in a similar role
  • Understand industry-specific terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Are meticulous – you check your work three times, not once, to guarantee accuracy
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Have strong integrity – you're careful because the numbers matter in making informed business decisions
