Senior Legal Analyst - Alternative Investment Funds

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Analyst.

In this role, you will serve as an expert in analyzing fund-level agreements and provide critical support for our AI-driven data extraction systems.

You will oversee the verification of system output from Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and reliability.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the review of AI-extracted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Verifying the output from LPAs, side letters, and related legal documents against source material to correct discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Training junior team members and maintaining quality controls through oversight.

This role requires a deep understanding of alternative investment funds, LPAs, and side letters. You will leverage your expertise to identify key data points and legal provisions necessary for complying with regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements.
