As a Property Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents and other key information to make informed decisions
  • Calculating key figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit and GDV to assess the feasibility of each deal
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline the evaluation process
  • Producing written summaries of each deal with go/no-go recommendations based on thorough analysis
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work to ensure accuracy and quality

You will be working in a secure, full-time remote role with a respected UK property investment company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, accurate analysis and effective decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in property, finance or detailed analysis work with a strong analytical mindset
  • Strong understanding of financial terms and concepts including yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV and LTV
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
