As a Director of Finance and Accounting, you will be responsible for leading our India Accounting and Finance Team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring seamless financial processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Hands-on experience in managing accounting and general operations of staffing and/or consulting companies in India.
  • About 15+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Benefits, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
  • Strong Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
  • Experience in handling 1000+ Employee Payroll.
  • Experience with a Staffing Company or IT Services Company is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy personality who can intelligently understand client compliance needs and effectively translate them to the internal operational and financial processes.
