Job Title: Business Operations Leader

Limited Location: Visakhapatnam, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and provide support to Line Manager on ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure all transactions are executed with proper approvals wherever required
  • Provide effective support to department head in managing Business and Client requirements
  • Review and update Operating Procedures in the team, ensuring changes to processes are updated and documented

Team/Process Management:
  • Control NCNS and share feedback with employees
  • Manage queues properly and avoid adhoc requests
  • Keep OT hours at minimal level
  • Send MIS reports on time

Efficiency Management:
  • Meet productivity targets daily
  • Cross-train staff in at least two products and ensure 5% of daily productivity is delivered in cross-trained products

Knowledge:
  • Ensure team attends training sessions as per requirement of WNS and Client
  • Complete web-based training before deadline

Quality:
  • Minimal operational errors and nil operational/financial loss errors
  • Report errors/near misses to management without delay
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action
