Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Leader to drive the implementation of our site-wide operational excellence initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site-wide operational excellence initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement changes to optimize operations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs to support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Maintain open communication with all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and engagement in operational excellence efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading operational excellence initiatives in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
