Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform quality assurance audits and assessments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of our organization's processes by analyzing inbound and outbound calls and emails responses.

  • Complete call monitoring and provide feedback as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) or internal defined standards.
  • Perform trend analysis and provide data to the concerned team.
  • Understand process/function goals and help the team achieve them.
  • Conduct calibration sessions and develop action plans to reduce variance.
  • Analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.
  • Multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to process quality SLAs.
  • Coordinate with clients on process-related issues and updates.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in collections process preferred.
  • 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience is an asset.
  • Self-motivator and self-starter with attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Vigilant in following up on implemented plans addressing issues and problems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency.
  • Adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
