Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistJob Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our eLearning courses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of eLearning courses with respect to various aspects, including audio and transcript, visuals and timing, interactivities, browser compatibility, player menu items, and LMS testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the quality of audio production and confirm that voice talent reads the storyboard accurately.
  • Check the text transcript for formatting standards and confirm perfect synchronization between audio and transcript.
  • Verify that graphics are as per standards and conform to the approved storyboard.
  • Confirm that on-screen text is formatted properly, check for spelling and grammar, and verify that visuals fade in/out in sync with the audio.
  • Ensure that test keys containing answers to all knowledge checks, activities, and quizzes are included.
  • Test the course in various browsers and confirm that player menu items function as desired.
  • Conduct LMS testing to ensure course uploads without errors, can be assigned to a test user, and displays correctly in the test user account.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis.
