Job Opportunity: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong foundation in software testing practices. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in testing enterprise-level applications and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and functionality.

The Software Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting tests to ensure complete test coverage. They will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Automate test scripts using tools like Selenium or similar frameworks.
  • Document and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium).

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Java or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
