We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures.
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions.
- Diagnose printers and other peripheral device failures and implement repair solutions.
- Basic troubleshooting network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network.
- Deskside experience including the ability to troubleshoot/repair printers, desktops and laptops.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Support in inventory file updating and monthly report generation, procurement activities, AMC renewal and other IT administration.
- Working knowledge of ticketing tools like CA Service desk, MBC Remedy etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues with LYNC communicator and address the issue to next level.
- Ability to search internally/externally for support information.
- Team and customer oriented.
- Attendance and schedule adherence is a requirement of this position.
- O365 basic troubleshooting.
- Active directory knowledge.
- Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Ability to review and troubleshoot CCTV logs.
