Investment Banking Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, finance, and business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients, managing multiple deals simultaneously, and meeting strict deadlines. They will also create deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, and teasers, for clients across various sectors and geographies.

The Investment Banking Analyst will work closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional client service and ensure the successful execution of fundraising rounds. They will advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds based on market conditions and suitable investor needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality services to clients
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Create deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, and teasers
  • Advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred
  • Prior experience in startup fundraising/venture capital advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
